The first HispanoAmerican network of women who make the news

Promoting collaboration, innovation and digital immersion to face the challenges of future journalism. An initiative ignited by Accenture.

Women in the News Network

WINN is a network of HispanoAmerican women journalists with the objective of promoting digital innovation in the media, deploying female journalists leadership and voices in a platform of collaborative intelligence.

WINN seeks to empower women to integrate technology and creativity in the generation of a new journalism, more humane, with the language of data, transparency and quality.

We believe in

Free, quality and transparent journalism as an essential social service for democracy. It has to be diverse, inclusive and pluralistic.

People, in their capacity and talent as a focus of our purpose.

Collaboration as an indispensable factor for the construction of new paradigms in journalism that gives birth to a virtuous and positive circle for the development of better stories and quality contents.

Networking as a valuable exchange of knowledge and professional experiences that nurture and expand the net when sharing different issues and enriching visions.

Technology as a facilitator to better understand what the audience seeks, create new formats, innovate and tell the best stories.

The contribution to more equality of opportunities for women in the journalism sector, where inclusion and visibility of their voices are a seal.

Brief history
